About the Journal
A Platform for Research & Creativity
IJRDO – Journal of Arts and Architecture is a global, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that is dedicated to disseminating insightful research and creativity in the disciplines of arts, design, and architecture. The journal is constructed as a platform upon which ideas may be experimented with- be they the results of scholarly research, or the results of creative practice or a combination thereof.
We realize that arts and architecture are not merely things to learn, but modes of perception and definition of the world in which we live. These areas shape culture, identity, and daily life, whether it is through visual portrayal or the constructed setting. This journal invites us to do work that is consistent with that relationship, research that is informative but significant and relevant.
Review & Publication
Every submission is subjected to a peer-review process to make sure that the work is lucid, authoritative, and contributes to the field. Meanwhile, we want to make the experience friendly and simple to authors.
The journal is published on a monthly basis, and so research does not have to be held back as it is published every month. Being an open-access journal, all the published work is freely accessible, and it is easier to spread the ideas to a greater number of people.
